Comes from china and deadlines/ delivery time is always incredibly late

Montessori Generation sent me an email a week ago that my package had been delivered. It was not. The chat box could not find an order attached to my email address. I contacted them multiple times throughout the week at the two emails I could find. Crickets. NOTE: They have no phone number and I was not able to speak to a human. I would not recommend using this company no matter how good other people think the products are.

I have loved shopping with Montessori and the gifts I’ve sent have mostly been delivered and my grandkids love their presents.

The customer service is appalling! I am not even sure I have been emailing a real person-Lucy!! Can not find a number to call anyone and certainly will never do business with them again no matter how good their toys maybe. DO Not Need The Aggravation!!!!
