I ordered 5 items for Xmas gifts for my Grandchildren on 11/29 and as of 12/21 only one has been received and not in good order ordered and paid for this items 11/29. It's ridiculous that they have not arrived and I will not have them in time to wrap and send them to my grandchildren for Christmas. This site doesn't allow for photos otherwise I would post the damaged materials.

I ordered three different orders. The first one on November 29th and it was for our granddaughter's first birthday which was December 4th - but the party was on December 6th. Nothing arrived. Nothing has arrived yet - and they use UniUni as their carrier. It's not 12/20/2025 and I have already bought gifts elsewhere. I would have gladly paid the UPS or FedEx or USPS shipping charge. I will never see these products and it's past the point of needing them anyway. I've asked about a refund and they have gone silent. Are they in cahoots with UniUni? I feel like I was scammed.

Missing both the date and the celebration despite ordering well in advance is incredibly frustrating, and we sincerely regret that this happened. I placed an order late last month. Due to an email saying only half my order had been shipped I eas worried they weren't going to arrive but thankfully everything came. I can't wait for my little man to see what he got. This is the second time.we have purchased from them and we likely will as he ages.

I have emailed numerous times and cannot get a reply. (No phone number can be found of course). I sent an order to them for Christmas presents for my kids. I was charged for everything . I placed the order Nov. 14th. Order # 268045. On Nov 22nd I hadn't received any communication from them, but my card had been charged. No one could find my order. They had "lost it" and blamed it on the carrier. Finally, someone told me it was on the way and sent a tracking # that the order was still in China (this was December 2nd when i finally got that info) I finally received a package on December 16th, but 2 items THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR were missing. I have sent 2 emails about the missing items, including the shipping email from them showing that the items were missing. (12/16, 12/18) NO ONE HAS REPLIED! I even sent my phone number. Please reply ASAP. I asked for a refund for the items that were not delivered. No replies

You’re absolutely right that waiting for updates, receiving incomplete shipments, and not getting timely replies is frustrating and unacceptable. While international shipping and carrier-related issues can sometimes cause delays, that does not excuse the lack of clear communication or the stress this caused you. We sincerely apologize for how this situation was handled. We do want to make this right. Missing items should never go unresolved, and refunds or replacements should be addressed promptly. WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Ordered the Spelling Game Nov 26th. Trading indicates it was delivered Dec 10. Absolutely certain it was not. Have written 4 emails and receive the same response multiple times...contact the carrier!. I tried calling the number they provided and it connected to nothing! I am filing a dispute with AMEX today.

This website has to be a scam. You try to reach them to hear about an order from a month earlier, you email them but they don't respond. You go to their website to find another way to contact them, then you notice that they don't give their address nor their phone number.
