The communication was excellent and the final product is exactly what I was looking for. The first rendition of the art did not meet my expectations and my contact at MontCarta did an exceptional job of coordinating adjustments and making sure I was happy with the final result. Shipping was fast once we agreed that the art was ready.

The painting is amazing and brings life into my home. The ordering process was easy, including the approval of the finished painting. It arrived in a secure, sturdy wooden ( bamboo) box.

The painting ordered turned out great and the wood frame, while not exceptional, looks nice with the painting. Two of the corner braces on the back of the frame were broken upon arrival however, this defect is not impacting the overall beautiful presentation. I do wish MontCarta would offer other frame options. MontCarta was great about sending photo's for approval and fairly quick to make the necessary revisions/corrections that caused some delay in delivery. Overall I'm happy with my painting and would order through MontCarta again.

Participating with the artist during the crafting phase brought more meaning to the art that I already liked. The five stars is for the overall experience including a great product and excellent customer support. Support responses can be effusive with gratitude (like an LLM) - but the people back it up with prompt responses and thorough answers. They resolved a significant shipping issue favorably and without me having to argue. I would absolutely work with them again.

Purchased what should have been a nice neutral simple painting. What I received was junk, drop marks, weird colors, I have no idea how they are getting away with this stuff. I contacted them immediately upon receipt. They refuse to issue a refund telling me i need to ship to hong Kong or allow them to paint something else. This place is crazy. Will be reporting them to ft, better business bureau, attorney general and my credit card company. I am prepared to file suit if necessary as what they have done is egregious based on what I paid
