The lack of communication within this company made for an extremely stressful move. I was given a 3-day pick up window (wanted to charge $150 to let us know the day) and was told I would get a call the afternoon before they came. I called the day before my 3-day window for an update, was told the movers would call the day before so of they didn't call that afternoon then they wouldn't be there the following day. Didn't get a call until the following morning that they would be there in an hour!! We had to do a mad dash to finish packing our kitchenwares and it was a total mess. Now I have to hope for the best that I get communication for drop off in time to reserve the loading dock or it will be another $600 for shuttling our stuff. Absolute trash communication and would recommend going elsewhere.

We were referred to Monster Movers by our realtor and they did a phenomenal job. Our move required storage in the Hopkinton area. No damages and price was fair

Our family had a super complicated move and the office at Monster Movers is hands down the best in Massachusetts. First, the people who answer the phones are super friendly and informative. All of the other companies reminded me of online dating. As soon as I told them I wasn't interested they jumped all over me telling me I was a horrible person "wasting their time" then they called me every day even though I told them to stop. Monster Movers packed all of our furniture, stored it for 3 months while we finished our house, and delivered. The move was flawless. We were initially worried because it took longer but they had climate storage and the furniture was protected properly. The only issue were 2 smooshed boxes that my husband packed but supposedly he was not supposed to leave air in the boxes so not sure who's fault that really is.

Extremely satisfied with the services we received from start to finish. Very responsive service personnel provided a quick, accurate quote and contact throughout the experience. The moving team provided quality services and established good rapport.

I used These movers becuase another local mover from Boston am didn’t show up at the last minute. I called up and they had a crew there in 3 hours. They packed my furniture and kept it in storage for a month and did a great job. My parents and I used them to bring some of my stuff up to Boston from. Ew York and there long disntance services weee also superior.

We hired the movers for a long distance move from Boston to Orlando and they were fantastic. The office really sold us because they were accommodating and kind and the other movers hounded us daily. The actual crew that packed us up in Newton drive and delivered us to Winter Park obviously had a ton of experience and did everything by th e books,

The movers moved us out of our family home of 40 years into storage for 5 months and into our new apartment. The movers themselves were amazing an packed everything perfectly. The office was very communitive and really went above and beyond for us putting up with our date changes and going back and forth to storage when our furniture wouldn't fit into the new house. And best of all the move was affordable and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg.
