Nobody has responded to us in 6 months of having an order with them but they certainly took our $1000 for the furniture. They have a phone number which leads to an answering machine they must not check, a live chat bot which never responds and an email where nobody replies. DO NOT SHOP HERE AS YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEM OR REFUND.

I have placed two orders with Monroe & Kent and have received incorrect information about when my items will be shipped. When you call the customer service department to follow up, you get a voice mail that says someone will call you back within 5 business days (I never received a call back). Five business days? Seriously? When I email, I occasionally get a response. I have worked with a dozen other furniture companies and have never had a problem getting a timely update on my orders or having a person answer the phone. Something is really amiss about this company. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service! I ordered a table in Sept 2021. And said that I would receive it before Christmas time then it got moved to January. I understand that everything is crazy with the delays but there is no excuse for them not to answer their phones or contact me back since I have left over 20 messages and try to chat with them through the website! I’ve never been so upset and stressed out that I have no control over what is going on! I have asked for a refund but I really doubt that I’ll get my money back!!!!

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!! Terrible service and extended delays. I would give less than one star if I could. I ordered a table in Sept 2021, i was told it would arrive before Christmas, then was told Jan 15. I contacted them for an update, however after many weeks of no response i decided to cancel my order. The customer service team cancelled my order immediately upon request in Feb 2022 and its now the 24th March and i am still waiting on my refund. I have contacted customer service numerous times by chat and phone and the only answer i receive is "i will check with finance and get back to you". I have not yet received any contact from them with an update from finance.

My Order MKHOL1520. I ordered a coffee table Nov 16, 2021. Today is January 8 and I haven't received any update on my order. I completely understand that everything is delays this days but 8 WEEKS. And Of course I can't cancel my order because I will lose 30% I had sent 4 emails and too many calls with not respond....

Terrible service, stay away!!! Ordered a coffee table in early september and was promised it would arrive by end of month. Fast forward two months later after numerous promises it would arrive, the table never arrived. Even though there are supply issues everywhere, this company constantly promised days the product would arrive and it never did. Took days to get responses from customer service and never gave me a straight answer as to why the product is delayed or where the product was at the time of the inquiry.

We had Monroe and Kent do the family room at our LBI house. It turned out great!

Fantastic company, friendly staff and the most beautiful quality items, I recommend them highly, you must visit you won't look back
