Great products at a great price. Warranty is the best part. Had a problem with a cord and they immediately got back to me and sent a new one! Very satisfied! The best place to buy phone charger cords.

Decided to email their customer support before i purchased a Monoprice Maker Ultimate, promptly got a response from a man named Shafqat. Very nice fellow, and was very helpful and informative. Not only is their customer support amazing, the printer has ran flawlessly out of the box.

I purchased a pair of BT-300ANC headphones from Monoprice. The first pair would not charge the first time I tried to charge them. I contacted the company within the 30 day return period, but was only offered a replacement pair. I used the replacement pair once and when I went to charge them, they also would not take a charge. I called Monoprice to return them as there is obviously a consistent problem with the earphones and they refused to refund my purchase price because I am outside of the 30 day window. I can only get a replacement or a store credit. This is frustrating as I notified them of this problem with the first pair and it seems reasonable to assume that they would refund my purchase when the second pair had exactly the same problem. Very disappointing that Monoprice does not stand behind their products. I will not purchase another Monoprice product because of this experience
