I received my monogram'ed bag within I think 2 weeks of placing my order. The leather is a great quality. And the workmanship on the embroidery is wonderful. The shipment was great, nothing could have touched it the way they had it packaged. I would order from here again.

I initially made my order and totally messed it up I called back right away. I talked with Chris and he said no problem Mr Harris let's fix it and get your order right out to you as soon as I can. I was very relieved and Chris's knowledge and help on what I was trying to accomplish was spot on.

I loved how fast the shipping was. And the decals look great. Only thing I didn't like is that I ordered two 4in and two 5in but both the 5in were same length but the width was totally different. And I know it has something to do with the font but it was a very big difference in size for the width.

The monogrammed bag was shipped quickly and was delivered in excellent shape. Great quality!
