I always received the information required regarding products or support whether good or not so good from my prespective. Staff are polite and always respond quickly or they a;ways get back to me so I have nothing but positive reviews to send back. Thanks

I bought this system in order to monitor temperatures in a work vehicle that is running with dogs in the car. My worst fear is the car shutting off or the air conditioner breaking and my dogs dying while I’m in an appointment. The setup of the system is very NOT user friendly — the videos they have to help you set up do not match the actual website (this is why I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5), however, Monnit’s tech support was fantastic in helping me set up the system. I’ve tested the system twice now (I won’t be using it consistently until it gets hotter) and it has performed well.

Some issues with water entry on the industrial version of their sensors but great support to get things back online. I'm told these issues are now fixed :)

Had a recent problem with the main "brain" and had to go without a replacement loaner, so did not have 24/7 monitoring for quite some time. Otherwise, the service tech I spoke with was helpful. Some of the instructions and processes online for device management are very confusing.

I know it’s a price conscious line but wish receiver unit was a bit more sturdy
