I went to money mart store # 375
I went to money mart store # 375. This employee didn’t explain the policy for getting money over $500. I think she need more training on giving customers valid information when it comes to getting money in advance. I normally get $500 but I decided to get $600 so the cashier said oh you can get $600 or more but she didn’t explain to me about the interest and the days. When I call to ask how much I need to pay for a $600 loan to pay in full they say $721.00. I said why. I’m paying in full. That’s when this other employee explained it to me. I said this employee didn’t explain that to me. If I would have known that I would have just taken my normal $500 loan. I know the employee who waited on me name but I don’t want to put her on blast. But I did speak to her and she said she thought I knew. Because I was going on vacation out of the country for 3 weeks. I noticed the receipt she gave me have 3 installments payments on it and I normally pay in one full payment. So I don’t know if she knows what she doing because it took so long to process my loan and she kept changing information 3 times into the computer. So I think this was a big rip off for me and I don’t think I should have paid that amount because it wasn’t my fault. This need to be addressed immediately. I was told she is a manager but I don’t think she is because she told me that she will have a manager to call me. This is Bull s———! Rip off
