There are some strange actors at this…

There are some strange actors at this company. I had a account in the collection section of my credit report that was clearly listed as settled and closed but for some reason the agent from this company insisted that I prove the disposition Beyond what the credit report stated .."paid in full settled for less than original amount". I have the settelment letter so that was not a problem but it seemed unnecessary considering what the credit report stated.. and that's when the agent and the phone conversation goes left. If you can tolerate someone soliciting your business and loudmouthing you simultaneously, then this is the place for you. Very strange experience, would not recommend. My Experian credit score is 680, which is not the best but high enough for the sba7 loan program. I could not possibly have current delinquencies and still have this score . This guy is not only a load mouth but also a liar. There is a Common Thread with all their negative reviews. proceed with caution

Shawn Harris you applied and you had two collections and one you had letter saying it was satisfied, and you did not have the other collection settled & it clearly states on our website that any collection or judgements must be paid off or in current payment settlement written plan. We had to decline the file because your derogatory credit and one of very huge amount was reported as delinquent, additional to that I have reviewed the recording and we hear you using profanity ton the gentleman that was assisting you. Here are some of your content that you wrote in various emails to us; We clearly explained to you Trucking is not acceptable business for SBA7 loan. The problem is not your score but your collection and you using profanity to our staff. You are not the type of customer we prefer. We are currently talking to the police we have recorded call were you also made threat to the employee and other people heard too. You are not fit to be our customer and you gien replied to another email saying ; Apr 21, 2025, 4:24 PM email from The deal was dead before I hung up sir , you're a dick head! I don't tolerate a lot of BS like people cold calling me for my business and then telling me not to call them , you must be out of your f****** mind. Mother made you and mother f*** you Due to that type of behavior we will loose good employees if we allow Customer to treat us in distrustful manner. You typed in email reply I hear you but I don't understand (your English). I've been in meetings where people call each other every name under the sun and at the end of the day, if a deal can be made.... then it will be made. this is business and it's not for the weak or the faint at heart! It is a little weird that I'm reminding a 35-year veteran of these self-evident, irrefutable, and non-disputable facts We do not trust you and we also appealing this rating to Trust Pilot because you are possible going face criminal charges.
