All right stop, collaborate and listen...
I ordered my first item from here the other week. I ordered a vinyl and it turned up here to the UK within a week or so, which is very quick. I was happy with that! The price including shipping was very reasonable for an international order. The only one drawback... Which could have potentially been a big one is that at one point, the package tracking stated that there was an issue with my item. I contacted mondo via Instagram, and directly via their website to ask if they could look into it. I didn't, and still haven't received a reply. At the same time I contacted the courier direct, who informed me they had resolved the issue and it was all sorted. It turned out well for me, but I feel that Mondo should have at least responded. All in all, it was happy with the item a D how quickly I got it, but do worry that if I ordered from them again, and there was a problem with my order, that I wouldn't be able to get I touch with them to sort out any problems.
