Switching over to Momence was one of the best decisions I ever made as a studio owner. Been with them for over a year and the platform just keeps getting better. Thank you Momence Team for always getting the latest and greatest for your clients! We appreciate you

I love the momence team & there willingness to go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met. They're always listening, and making updates that are most relevant to their clients needs.

Everything with Momence from the jump has been outstanding. The initial discovery call, demos, onboarding and the continuing customer service has been fantastic. Each person I have interacted with has been super communicative and answers questions well. The platform is super user friendly and works well! Features are being added on a regular basis and they send out emails about product updates. Truly have enjoyed using Momence.

I love the potential of this software but customer support on the chat is horrible and getting ahold of phone support is also horrible. Give us a call center we can dial into and train your support teams better so Momence users don't pull all their hair out when we need assistance. Also, intro offer should begin on first visit. Not just first booking. It sucks that if someone cancels their first visit, the intro offer still starts. This creates alot more work for us to go back and rectify their intro offer duration.

We understand your feedback and take all service quality concerns seriously. While we respectfully disagree with your characterization of our support availability, as we offer comprehensive phone and chat support options, we have been unable to locate any account matching these claims. Please contact [email protected] referencing this review so we can assist you directly and properly address your product feedback.
Great app for managing my Pilates studio. The free version does pretty much everything I need it to do. Makes managing classes and finances much easier!
