Shipped quickly using UPS who I trust most of all the shipping companies. Bed feels a bit more firm than the website made it seem which is fine with me but might not be fine for others. The information card that came with their shipment gave me info on the smell of the bed which was fine with me. So far so good though. Bed feels great and judging by those things alone I think its a decent brand. I will see how it does long term though but for the price im very pleased.

Impressively fast shipping! I ordered my mattress on a Monday it arrived 5 days later! Once I unwrapped the mattress from its plastic casing, it came to shape in roughly 36 hours - The corners took the longest. Since using my new mattress, my back pain has significantly decreased and I actually I wake up feeling relaxed and ready for the day. Definitely happy I found this company. Couldn’t be happier with my new bed :)

Hi,I am very sorry that I just saw the comment you wrote now. About the matter you mentioned, we also went to communicate with the courier company, and then we found out that the courier was putting your box in the next house to you. In the end, you also got the mattress successfully. I am very apologetic about the incident. We also communicated with the courier company to deliver more carefully in the future, and not to send the wrong address.
I did not open the package since there is no size mentioned on it. Upon asking qus to molbelly they're not responding on time but once a day , I am worried if I open and it comes in wrong size how I am going to return it since it's really hard to get on call or get response from them already regretting buying from you , who send package without any details receipt of size etc, there is no tracing info at all .

Easy to order, good product and the delivery date was accurate. The only thing I'd say could be better is the tracking information. Maybe sending it before it actually gets deliver. Lol

From ordering this bed without trying it out to the shipping was so easy and convenient. When ordering, it said it would be a week or two before we got shipping information. 3 days after ordering, I had my shipping/delivery info, and it was arriving the very next day. This bed took 3 days to expand but it was well worth the wait. I have not had this much sleep since having back surgery when I was 21 and a neck surgery last year at 33. I dont wake up stiff or have pressure points. I would highly recommend this bed and the bed frame. I will be buying another for my guest room. 10/10 highly recommended. I bought the 14in mattress and I have a 4 in memory foam mattress pad. I went with up to 21 inch deep pocket sheets and it fits perfectly snug.

Hi, Thank you very much for your comment. We assure every item sold from us has been strictly checked and tested before sent to the customer. In order to facilitate transport , our mattresses are compressed, rolled and shipped in a box, the compressed mattress structure will be destroyed.Moreover, after compression by the machine, the length and width will be slightly different, while the thickness will be slightly different. We usually advise customers to allow at least 72 hours for the mattress to fully expand. We want to know when you received the mattress and when you open the mattress ?You can try to shake the mattress and pat the surface of mattress gently that will allow the air to enter the sponge.It may help it to regain its normal shape.Sorry for this inconvenience caused . Please no worry, we are an honest seller, and if the item have problem, please kindly let us know more details, could you please measure the thickness of the mattress and take three pictures of it for us?It can help us to check the problem.And we will reflect this situation to our production department. The mattress came quickly but I wish there was more information enclosed. I would like the explanation about the layers and warrant info. Also, can I flip it and use it like that. I like the mattress but the top layer is a little softer than expected. Happy with it so far.

Hi, Thank you for your comments. Our mattress has a 10 years warranty. The warranty is mainly to ensure that the mattress will not collapse and rupture due to quality defects during the warranty period. When you purchase the mattress in our store, your order information has entered into our warrant system directly. You don’t need to register information. There are detailed information on the warranty card in our mattress box. And you can flip the mattress and sleep. Best wishes, Molblly
