I love the idea of the product but I’m confused by the functionality. I expected a settings page that would let me adjust the level of vibrations. Right now I only get haptics for meditations but I assumed it would be for all exercises. It makes it difficult to follow without looking at my phone the whole time so hoping this is a feature that’s coming or that mine is faulty and can be replaced.

I had a shipping issue where my original package appeared to get lost, but the Moksha team responded quickly and shipped a replacement without any hassle. Their communication was friendly, helpful, and they kept me informed throughout the process. Great customer service and a company that stands behind its customers. Thank you, Moksha Team!❤️❤️ UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! YODATE! Okay. I received the moksha Beam. Don’t waste your money. It’s nothing but a hollow tube on a chain….it feels like I’m blowing thru a straw…for the money i paid def not worth it! Maybe worth, like, $2….but that’s about it. Don’t waste your money….try Capnos Zero. Waaaaay better product 2stars because their product is misleading and not worth $39.99 for a metal short straw

The product is interesting, and it did help me focus on breathing and minimizing distractions.

My Moksha is wonderful. Customer Service was spot on replying to my pre-purchase questions, and the team is really great at keeping us informed of anything going on with the device or app, asking for suggestions and making themselves available through their Discord. My experience with the device itself has been awesome so far. It really helps me feel better after a quick midday session and helps me sleep when I use it before bed.

I didn’t think I’d actually stick with something like this, but Moksha O1 has been surprisingly easy to use. I’ve tried a bunch of meditation apps before and always drop off after a few days, but this feels different because it's bite sized. The breathing games are simple but kind of addictive, and I’ve noticed I can calm down way faster when I’m stressed. It’s especially helpful during the workday when I don’t have time for a full meditation session. Not saying it magically fixes everything, but it’s definitely helped me build a habit and feel more in control of my anxiety. Overall, really solid product.

It took over a week to receive a $10 product on Amazon for $48, the Moksha Breathing Necklace which has zero positive effect at all. You cannot find these people anywhere, they will not answer a phone call and emails get returned. Worthless product and gouged for it. Avoid!!!

So far, I would rate them one star. I ordered a necklace several weeks ago and immediately received a confirmation. Money was immediately taken from my credit card. I have not heard anything from them. I have contacted them through website and through their email and no reply. I have decided to cancel. They said that shipping would be quick and as far as I know it has not been shipped. I’m hoping to get a refund, but haven’t been able to reach them. Update: Moksha finally got back to me and said the product was on back order and they would send me a different Moksha Beam for free and that they would send the one I ordered as soon as it comes in. This was very nice of them. They followed through and I received the second one within 2 weeks. I just wish communication was a little better. I am changing my review to 4 stars.
