I contracted Moen customer support today regarding one of their tube/shower faucet. This is the 3rd time in 4 years I had to purchase their cartridge #1225 because of leaks. This is getting expensive! Moen was no help. Unless you are the original owner of the product or you still have your receipt from a year ago. I purchased these from Hone Depot, but don't blame them, they are just selling the Moen product. I would not buy the Moen #1225 replacement cartridge again! If I replace the faucet, you can bet it won't be Moen. If you have problems with the Moen #1225 cartridge, I suggest buying an aftermarket cartridge. They are cheaper and can't be any worse than the Moen product.

What a fantastic company that stands behind their product! I’ve had a (I believe) Caldwell kitchen faucet for so long I can’t remember. The braided sprayer hose line started to separate. I called Moen, and they sent me out a new sprayer at no cost. No hassle. Just replaced the part. If only every company backed their products like Moen does!! Very satisfied!!

DO NOT BUY THEIR SMART SHOWER PRODUCTS. We were updating our bathroom from an older Moen smart shower system. I called Moen and they informed me I needed the following: Smart Shower Cable Adapter, Barrett back up, 4 outlet valve, and the 4 outlet shower controller. Once my plumber arrived to install, we only needed the cable adapter and the controller. Thanks Moen. We Installed all the new components anyway and the shower controller did not work. Contacted Moen, spent 3 hours on the phone, and Moen deemed the product was not working and mailed a new shower controller. Plumber comes again to install, and the controller does not work. Same defective QR code, same request to download 2 Moen Apps. Water to the shower can only be stopped by going to the Shower Valve to unplug. Water does not flow to the 4 ports individually, just all 4 at once, hence low water flow. Cannot adjust the water temp. We decide to remove the Moen Smart Shower system as this product is defective and it has now been over 2 months trying to get this to work. Our plumber is in high demand and we worked around his schedule. We then had to rip out brand new tile to remove and re-do the master shower. I contacted Moen to garner a refund for the controller and they refused. They refused to provide me an address to ship back their products, thereby incurring another cost for disposal. Screw the environment, eh Moen? Do Not Buy! This company is a disgrace.

Be extremely cautious when applying promo or discount codes on Moen’s website (shop.moen.com / plus.moen.com). I attempted to purchase two items: the Eva Centerset Faucet (Model 6410) and the Eva Widespread Faucet (Model T6420). Without any discount codes applied, the regular retail total in my cart was $301.43 ($170.55 + $130.88). However, when applying a promotional coupon code (C878-MMZ9-M2ZW-T7L3), Moen’s system artificially inflated the base prices of the two faucets to $227.40 and $375.95. Even after the "discount" was applied, the new cart total jumped to $361.98. Applying a coupon code resulted in paying $60.55 MORE for the exact same two faucets than buying them at standard price. Inflating MSRPs at checkout to give the illusion of a sale while actually marking up the price is deceptive pricing. Always calculate your before-and-after totals when shopping on their platform. I have full side-by-side screenshots proving the price jump.

I would give this product 0 if I could. My son bought my kitchen sink not even two months later I couldn’t get the sprayer to turn off without having to try several times now it won’t turn off at all so am unable to use the rest of my sink . I didn’t know my son was going buy about seven or eight years ago. I had a Moen kitchen faucet installed within several months. It broke so this is the second time that a Moen product has failed will be returning it and never will I use any of Moen products.

i called with a problem and they were very helpfull and as far as im concerned went above and beyond to help sove my problem,even replacing parts and Mdse that was twenty years old.

Do not order from their website. At the end of my purchase there was a pop up offering me a discount for signing up. I did so and was charged $24 from fansclubnow. There was no mention of any charges. I did not receive a discount nor did I receive any information from fansclubnow, whatever that is. SCAM.

My experience with Moen has been some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I accidentally purchased the wrong Moen item and contacted customer support to get information about returning it within the 30-day return window. Despite repeatedly entering my phone number to “keep my place in line,” I never received a callback. I also emailed customer service multiple times and never received a response. Because I couldn’t get assistance, I eventually purchased the correct Moen product separately, and it has already been installed. Meanwhile, the original unused item is still sitting on my kitchen counter as a constant reminder of how frustrating this experience has been. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer support and responsiveness from Moen. Honestly, it also makes me question why my insurance company, Farmers, recommended Moen in the first place. I expected far better communication and support from a company with such a strong reputation.
