First, the video review on brake pads for my Lexus RC F was solid! I easily found the products I needed online. Called & spoke with office staff who assisted in making sure products were available for pickup. Pickup at the warehouse was quick & easy. I had some questions about the brake pads I bought for my Lexus RC F. Steven Tran reached out to me and was able to walk me through everything & reassured me that the pads were gonna be great on my ride! I had to make a return & even that was quick & easy. My refund posted with 48 hours. Overall an awesome experience with great staff all around! Would definitely recommend using Mod in Japan!!!

Friendly customer service, website easy to navigate (unlike some others), and transaction went smooth. Getting ahold of them via text or email is quite challenging, so suggest calling as they're usually pretty responsive. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and very down to earth.
