Milton, All feedback is heard and appreciated so that we can continue to grow and improve the experience of all of our awesome customers. We have heard the concern with difficult-to-open packaging, and while we are working to revamp that, we appreciate that it is the best we've found yet to keep your meals as healthy and safe as possible during transit and storage. We recommend a sharp knife or a good pair of kitchen scissors in the meantime but please keep an eye out for the new packaging!

Dana, We are so grateful to hear this - and we thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave us a rave review! While the MONASH University app is not a product of ModifyHealth, we are glad to be in partnership with them to help provide an otherwise difficult program to follow on your own. We know the need is there and we want to make your life easier and healthier, always! Please take comfort in knowing that our meals can certainly be warmed in the traditional oven and instructions to do so can be found on our meal packaging. Be well!

Lisa, Music to our ears and the song in our hearts! We're so grateful to be able to support you in your dietary and very restrictive health needs. ModifyHealth was created for that very reason and it's near and dear to us all. Thank you so much for your thoughtful review!

Paul, We always appreciate customer feedback, so thank you. All of our meals are gluten-free, as organic as possible, and locally sourced with all farm-raised meats. In addition to this, we create meals that are a part of a very special need and difficult to shop for/put together, and the ease of having pre-made meals that cannot simply be purchased in a grocery store does add a bit to the cost of the meals. We like to think we are relatively well-priced compared to a lot of our competitors; however, we also offer something that very few do. We certainly hope to see you again in the future and that you stay well!

Betty, We're terribly sorry to hear you did not enjoy the food as much as we had hoped. Though you may not have enjoyed the presentation of the meals, we certainly hope you enjoyed the taste of them much more. We live up to a fine quality of service from food to customer service and everything in between and we strive to do so each day for each amazing customer of ours. If ever we can assist please don't hesitate to let us our customer care team know.

Steven, We quite enjoy them ourselves - though that may be a bit partial. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review.

Delores, Please forgive the delay in response. We cannot thank you enough for such a kind and gracious review of not only our company but also one of our awesome customer care representatives! Of course, like with our meals, we are biased - but she is pretty great. Please never hesitate to let our team know if we can help in any way - you are definitely family here.
