Modern Operators is an AI consulting and implementation firm that helps founder-led companies stabilize, optimize, and scale their operations. We install AI-powered systems, operational frameworks, and automation infrastructure. We specialize in transforming businesses that are strong in sales and marketing but struggling with operational bottlenecks, team inefficiency, and founder dependency. We specialize in companies doing $3M-30M with 5+ employees. We give founders back their time, reduce stress, and create a blueprint for growth by implementing systems that handle sales, marketing, operations, and delivery, without adding unnecessary complexity.Unlike traditional AI consultants who leave clients with a binder of recommendations, we combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution. We’re Notion-native, AI-first, and automation-focused, meaning our clients see real workflows running, not just slides and theory.Over the last few years, we’ve helped dozens of million-dollar founders reclaim their freedom by fixing their broken operations, generating over $100M in recovered time value and growth opportunities...We’ve been solving operational chaos for a long time and our systems have saved founders thousands of hours while unlocking millions in missed revenue...Clients we've helped range from multi-million dollar software companies, to service businesses, consulting firms, real estate developers, and e-commerce brands...We've built backend systems and fulfillment for companies scaling from 0 to 8-figures.As business owners, we built the operational backbone that allowed us to consistently scale and exit, including taking a training and coaching company from zero to $12M in 5 years and an e-commerce company from $3.5M to $30M in 2 years.Together, we've cracked the code on turning operational chaos into systematic freedom. Here's what we don't do...because it just slows down results:We don't sell generic productivity coursesWe don't give theoretical adviceWe don't work
