False advertising, bait & switch.
They advertise a J&M sofa sectional for $5,098. I paid for it on their site and they sent a confirmation that it was preparing for shipment. Then the owner contacted me and said he had the wrong price advertised on the site and couldn't fulfill on the order unless I paid more. Awful customer service.
