Modern Day LendingReviews of moderndaylending.com

Our agent Louis Scavone was very knowledgeable, handled all the issues that came up with expertise and in a timely manner. Louis lead us through the entire process and the end results were exactly what he told us in the beginning of our process. Thank you.

Worked with Lou on a difficult leasehold condo situation in Hawaii. There were hurdles and the process was difficult and frustrating. However, Lou did not give up. He worked tirelessly and professionally to get the job done. This was my second attempt and it paid off to work with a professional, skillfully adept at solution-focused outcomes. Thank you.

Adam was excellent, great communications and kept the process moving along.

The guidance from an expert and quick responses made the process seamless.

They just do what they say they are going to do, every time. I have used them to do a mortgage and a refi. I run a business and typically find these things very distracting from my day to day. Both times I have used Adam and his team I am always amazed at how painless they make the process.

Romy.. and his team were the best I have ever worked with. Being self-employed high net worth but not every tax return filed with every single company.. It was nice to work with a team that was smart looked at my assets had mix income and credit history and say of course we can do this deal. The rate was not that much higher than the conventional lender I was working with but the conventional lender I was working with came up with item after item and I could see it was never going to happen. Romy came in and within a short period managed to get the financing done and we closed early. Cannot say anything more about what a great experience it was ! I will be referring him to clients and self-employed in the future.

These folks are worldclass. They took our extremely complex situation and wizarded an affordable mortgage that no one else could match. Top marks for stick-handling last minute hurdles into a smooth landing. These guys go the extra 10 miles and never give up. Big thank you to Billy Griffo, loan lead extraordinaire!

Such an amazing company to work with they made the process so streamline and smooth definitely will work with them again in the future. Thanks, Brian and Mike.
