I've been a real estate professional for 20 years and i've worked with a tremendous number of lenders during that time. Hands down Mike Liguori and his team are the best in the business. Mike is the most creative professional in this field that I have come across, getting deals to the closing table that no other lender could. I couldn't recommend him and his team more highly.

I have been working with Mike Ligouri for years now on mortgages for all of our properties. Mike is so easy to work with and keeps the process moving seamlessly! His communication is second to none, keeping us informed every step of the way! If you are looking for a smooth, efficient lending experience, Mike, at Modern Day Lending, is your guy!

Being self employed it Is difficult or atleast I thought it would be to own a home. Max made the process very straight forward and helped us navigate the process from helping us get all our documents ready, ensuring our credit score is where it needs to be and made the pre approval process a breeze. He waited patiently and worked with us for about a year untill we decided we were ready to purchase. I would recommend him to anyone.

Experienced and efficient. I am a real estate agent and I’ve referred multiple buyers to Mike, Adam and team. They go above and beyond, many times communicating with my clients after “work hours” to ensure stress-free closings. Whether it’s a complicated loan or straight-forward, each of my clients have reported complete satisfaction.

I’ve been in real estate for 25 years and can confidently say that Mike Liguori is in a league of his own. He brings creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of finance to every deal. Mike has structured complex loans for both me and my clients that other lenders wouldn’t even attempt—and he always shows up at the closing table, no matter what. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who actually solves problems, protects your deal, and delivers every time, Mike’s your guy.
