Great Potential, but Slow Resolution
I've been using Modelia for several months to create campaign imagery for my fashion site. The platform has improved in prompt-to-image quality, and I can see the progress the team has made. However, facial consistency continues to be the biggest limitation for professional fashion campaigns.
My support experience has involved repeated delays. In my most recent experience, I was initially told the new facial consistency workflow would be available three weeks ago. After the first week had passed, I was told the team was actively working on it and expected the rollout the following week. It's now passing three weeks later, we're over halfway through the summer season, and I still haven't received an update after following up.
The support team initially provided complimentary credits so I could test an alternative workflow. While I appreciated the gesture, the workflow did not fully meet my needs. As discussed with the support team, the examples provided either kept the exact same pose and background while changing outfits or used methods that still resulted in facial identity drifting in different directions. Two images could appear like the same model, while a third would look to be a completely different person.
For fashion brands creating cohesive campaigns across multiple outfits, backgrounds, and poses, consistent facial identity is essential. The current limitations have made the process extremely time-consuming, and waiting for email responses has repeatedly stopped my workflow and delayed seasonal campaigns for my business.
Modelia has a great deal of potential, and I genuinely hope facial consistency continues to improve. If not, I still believe Modelia is a great stepping stone for new businesses before transitioning to professional photoshoots. If this issue is resolved, I believe the platform will be much better suited for professional fashion brands.

Hi there!
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for trusting Modelia over the past several months.
We’re pleased to hear you’ve noticed the improvements in image quality, and we appreciate your honest perspective.
We’d also like to clarify something. The situation wasn’t related to a delayed product release. Rather, we were working closely with you to find the best workflow for the very specific style of campaign images you wanted to achieve. Our support team shared multiple alternative approaches, provided detailed guidance along the way, and added complimentary credits so you could test each option at no additional cost.
Ultimately, while several of those workflows produced results that many customers use successfully, we understand they didn’t fully match the creative standard you were aiming for. We completely respect that every brand has its own expectations, especially when building a highly consistent campaign.
We’re sorry the process took longer than either of us would have liked, but we hope it also reflects our commitment to working alongside our customers rather than simply saying “it can’t be done.” We always prefer to explore different solutions and invest the time to help, even when the desired outcome is particularly challenging.
Thank you again for your feedback, your patience, and for recognizing the potential of Modelia. Conversations like this help us continue improving both the product and the experience we provide to our customers.

Modelia has exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
As the founder of an online activewear and athleisure brand, I initially started using Modelia hoping to improve my product visuals and reduce the need for expensive photoshoots. What I found was a complete creative ecosystem that has transformed the way I create content for my brand.
I've used virtually every tool available on the platform—from Model Generator, Flatlay to Model, Mannequin to Model, Model Swap, Model to Model, Outfit Generator, Repose, AI Fashion Lab, Video Generator, Upscaler, Facial Expression tools, and more—and the results have been consistently impressive. The realism, flexibility, and quality of the outputs are remarkable. What would have taken weeks of planning, photoshoots, models, photographers, and editing can now be accomplished in minutes.
One of the things I appreciate most is the ability to create diverse, consistent, and highly realistic models that truly represent my brand. As a fashion retailer, being able to generate editorial, lifestyle, ecommerce, and social media content from the same platform is a game changer.
Beyond the technology itself, the customer support has been outstanding. The team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping users succeed.
I've tested many AI tools over the past year, and Modelia is by far the one that has become an essential part of my business. It is not just an AI model generator—it is a complete content creation platform for fashion brands.
Highly recommended for any fashion, apparel, athleisure, or ecommerce business looking to elevate their visual content while saving time and money.

Thank you so much for taking the time to try Modelia and write this! Hearing that the results worked well for Indian wear makes us especially happy, because garments with rich patterns, embroidery, and complex silhouettes are some of the hardest things for AI to handle properly.
Really appreciate you giving the free credits a try and sharing your experience with others. Feedback like this means a lot to our small team :-)
If you ever create something cool with Modelia, feel free to share it with us too!
