Hi Ardalan, Thank you for taking the time to update your review and for sharing such thoughtful, detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your giving us the opportunity to address your concerns, and we are grateful for your recognition of our customer support team. At MOD LIGHTING, customer satisfaction is a core priority, and we take feedback like yours seriously as it helps us continue to improve both our products and the way we communicate specifications. Your notes regarding lumen requirements and illuminance are well taken. We agree that understanding the intended application and light output is essential when selecting a fixture, especially for design-driven pieces like the Indra collection, which is engineered to provide ambient, diffused illumination rather than high-output task lighting. We also appreciate your suggestion to re-review and validate specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy for future customers. Thank you again for your professionalism, your patience, and for updating your review. If you ever need assistance with future projects or have questions about product suitability, our team is always here to help. - Team MOD
