Great experience dealing specifically with this company. Had a few issues but they were top notch in regards to their customer support.

Home and heat had me Tex them videos and pictures of my rooms, they really helped to give me the right set up for my situation, and ensured all the right parts were ordered. They even did a custom order to fit my rooms, something I could never have done ordering strictly online or from a website. And the unit was easy (but labor intensive) to install, and works swimmingly.
