My product was delivered on time per the scheduled date giving at the time of order.

Transaction went smoothly

I am putting 5 stars only for the excellent customer service from Anne. Other than that I would not rate it with 5 stars, because after the payment and the note that an email confirmation for the purchase will be sent , it was not any email sent, so the order number, item number, etc. were missing and it was not any way in the website to communicate and ask question to a real person. The chat box was useless. I was ready to cancel the purchase until finally I was able to communicate with the employee called Anne, who changed everything in a positive way.

husband just installed. looks amazing. good water pressure. many options for water stream.

Received the correct shower replacement head.

The purchased item was received quickly in exactly the condition that was advertised.

Follow ups were good and cabinet looks great !!!

The company responded promptly and most of all kindly. The customer service was excellent. The communication was great thank you
