This was my first time ordering from MocoQueen, and it didn't go well. I ordered 2 pairs of contacts, one of them was fulfilled correctly, and the other was incorrect. I wrote customer service within 20 mins of opening my order, and they told me that I needed to send the incorrect set back, and that they would refund me for shipping, and then they would give me credit to REorder the correct pair. I'm surprised and disappointed that I have to go out of my way to ammend a mistake that they made. Luckily I order all of my cosplay stuff early, because if I hadn't I can see how I may not have had my contacts in time for the convention. Only place I could find Pomni lenses, though, so they have that going for them!
