Very respectful service, fast shipping!
I ordered colored contacts for a con coming up in a week because MOCO has the fastest shipping for US. There was an area to send my prescription, I assumed it was for gathering my custom prescription. They arrived very fast but I was disappointed they were actually non-prescription and I couldn’t use them (I have really bad vision). I emailed asking if I could return them and they didn’t allow it at first, but since I made a new order in a panic for my event, they treated it like an exchange and gave me a refund. I appreciate them staying polite despite me emailing many times about my return requests. The new contacts didn’t make it for one of the con days I needed it for but it arrived the next day when I needed it. The only issue here is that I wasn’t clear on the contacts being non-prescription, so I will make sure it’s an option I can select next time.
