I'm sorry to only give you 1 star. I ordered 2 pairs of contacts on 12/17/24. The order was processed and labeled created next day. I also purchased the 2-3 day delivery for $7.95. AND I still have not received them. I have contacted you thru email in the very beginning to reassure that you were in the US so that I could give these to my daughter for a Chirstmas gift. You contacted me and said you were in California. I appreciate the open line of communication however it's been 2 weeks? I asked the other day if you would send a pair of lenses for the trouble and was offered a $15 off coupon. Since it was not delivered by Christmas I just told my daughter what her other gift was and asked her to pick out 2 other colors she likes. I sent them to you and I really hoped you would se d a pair for the inconvenience? We really would be happy to order from you however if the wait is this long you should make people aware of correct time it takes to deliver. I still have not received my 1st order. We really want to order a bunch for a Cosplay coming up this spring with our friends. Happy New Year UPDATE I finally received my package 1/2/24, and I couldn’t be happier! I ordered the Cloud R. Green and Cloud Violet lenses, and they are absolutely stunning. The cases that came with them are both adorable and sturdy – such a nice touch! My daughter is thrilled as well. A big thank you to customer care for reaching out last night. They’re sending me an extra pair of lenses as a gesture for the inconvenience, which I really appreciate. I’ll be sure to update my review and give 5 stars once I receive the next package. I’ll also share pictures then. Great customer service and overall experience so far!
