I m trying to get get booking from last 5 days But there is an error in the website I also trying to contact support team and mail them but they haven't give any single response Too bad

I'm traumatised. First and last time using one of these bikes. I decided to use one of these so as to not waste petrol and pay a toll .. WELL it would have been cheaper to drive AND go through the toll 🥲 The bike lock was not working when I collected it (reported) and it was so rickety and stiff to cycle. Cost me €8.50 for a one way spin!! I'll pay €2 for the bus next time or just drive

50€ per 20 minuti di pedalata assurdo. La notte i ragazzi che fanno rumore assurdo con il furgone sbattono di continuo la porta del furgone alle 2 di notte e non solo arrivano con la musica alta, non hanno rispetto per chi lavora tutto il giorno e la notte prova a dormire. Blackrock Dublin

Greystones park n ride. Parked and walked to the train. There was one bike near my car. On my return it was on my car and damaged the paintwork. Next time it will be going in the sea.

They automatically take money out of your bank account when you go below 3 but I only wanted one ride

O star, just block my account with my money for no reason. So disapointing

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Bike locked mid-way through journey leaving me stranded. Couldn't end the journey on the app as I wasn't near a parking station. Had to carry an incredibly heavy electric bike for over 20 mins to get to the nearest station. Customer service absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely rubbish company bikes are always broken or breaking during rental, don’t ever use them …hopeless altogether, if I could give less than one star I would
