Total scam company. Sent a product with no instructions and not as described. I returned it and then they said they are now "having trouble with their processor". and refuse to refund my money. Even asked for my bank info to send it to me a different way, no doubt an attempt to scam further.

Worst experience I have ever had trying to place an order. This would have my been my fourth order but decided it wasn’t worth the effort to navigate through their online ordering process! 😡

I spent a lot of money with MOB Biotech and earned reward points. Now the points system is gone and my points aren’t available. Customer service said they’re “unavailable at this time” but gave no timeline. Not fair to loyal customers.
