We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify the situation. We strive to provide reliable services and excellent support, including issuing refunds when appropriate. In your case, refunds were provided for previous transactions, and multiple chargebacks were initiated. Despite this, you attempted another purchase, which we promptly stopped and refunded. Given these circumstances, we determined it was in both parties’ best interests to discontinue our business relationship. We remain committed to delivering high-quality numbers and fair resolutions, but repeated disputes impact our ability to maintain service quality for all customers.
