Order the harness I needed and got a completely different one. I'll be getting the right one but still would have been nice not to go thru this

Response from Mobile Max Car Audio· Dec 29, 2020
This is a glimpse into the person Andrew is "I'll take a refund please. Thanks for the advice but I just need a radio that works, not excuses". This is after an advisor had told him the harness would not work with his radio. Also he ordered a pioneer harness for a Sony radio and was unhappy that it did not work. You can't please everyone and we will happily admit when we mess something up but this one wasn't on us, either way we refunded Andrew and he got to keep the harness.
Shipping was fast and the product I received was spot on! Now I’m able to listen to my aftermarket pioneer radio and I didn’t even have to wire up anything! Thank you mobile max car audio!
