Everyone I spoke to has been very friendly and very helpful. Thankfully we haven't had to use the service yet but every time we check the system it seems to be working pretty fast.

takes too long to finally get to talk to a specialist& when there is a false alarm we are told to say 'clear alarm' but it still goes to specialist
