Immediate response even to accidental activation

The people and the technology are great. Everything works well and the equipment is reliable. If I have a question or need help with the equipment I can call and talk to a human at the technical support group in minutes. I don't have to work through endless menus and chatbots to talk to a specialist. Everybody I have talked with was not only friendly, but knew exactly how the system works and could provide answers to any of my questions or solutions to problems with set-up or testing or to mistakes I've made. The system is also very affordable.

Don't have much time. What do I do with the old parts you replaced? What impresses me most is how you do the job completely...all loose ends tied up.

I have naturally very low BP. They called constantly-maybe 4 times a week! How wonderful!!! Now, they accept that low is normal for me, but I know I can count on them if I really need them. A few times I had questions and they answered them in a friendly tone. I am very glad that my doctor suggested that I become a member ..... Thank You!
