I test the system every month and It usually passes. Tonight it said FAILED! I was concerned because when I go out at night and something happens it's more difficult to find help. I called and was helped by a wonderful woman (usually it's a man with an accent that's difficult to understand). Her name is MIA and she is FANTASTIC. I went to sleep feeling very secure. THANK YOU MIA

I did not use Mobilhelp today or anytime after the last time on May 29. 2023. That time you responded very quickly and most likely helped to save my life because you got 911 to my house the fastest ever! Thank you!

I have enjoyed having the MobileHelp equipment and support since 2019 after I suffered a stroke. It gives me the reassurance of knowing that help is only a call away no matter where I may be.

I have had other vendors before. None has compared to Mobile Help.

Help was here fast. As I was not able to move, I had to communicate by yelling. Glad to know I was able to get the message to mobile help so they could contact the correct person.
