Great, hard-to-find product, arrived in great condition! The only complaint I have is that the payment steps for the product were confusing -- I initially tried paying with credit card but then got an email that said I had to pay with PayPal, which weirded me out a little. But I did so and it all worked out.

No problems at all with my order. They're UK-based, though, and it's not immediately obvious from their web site. So, if you need to return your order, it would have to be shipped to the UK. It's a complication I'd rather avoid

Great site for tones & ringtones

Being in the states I was initially worried about ordering from across the pond, but they had the item I wanted and not available elsewhere that I could find. I have to say the shipping was not expensive and arrived safely in a timely manner. After misplacing one of the charge cord, I had to contact customer service to see about a replacement as it's not a standard USB cable. Though at first they simply answered that they didn't have one available, I wrote back and asked if I could get the manufacturer info so I could contact them. I am pleased to say that I finally got the information i needed, and though I won't be able to get the exact replacement, there are ones available that will work. Problem solved!

Edit: After involving UK support, they sent me a new unit and all is well. Upgrading to 4 stars. Quite rude initial (local BE) support, doesn't seem to know the contents of their own products as the product was missing an item, though support claimed that item wasn't included to begin with.
