Hello, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service, most likely we had a misunderstanding of each other. We always go to meet our customers and if someone wants to buy a specific dungeon we always do this. In order to buy a specific dungeon you just need to ask the operator about it in the chat. To eliminate such situations in the future, we added an option to the product "Mythic Dungeon in time 10 - 20+ lvl" where you can specify the dungeon if you need it.
