The service I received along with the personable staff was outstanding. They took the time to explain the available options of a fridge and freezer that would best fit my space. Highly recommend. An error was made with my order and they immediately picked up the wrong item and sent out the correct one. Very happy and pleased with there customer service. Something we don’t see very much of anymore. Thank You for taking care of your customers the way you do…

Phone service is good, but the website is very poor, it crashes alot and proctor codes don't work...

*Edit/Addition* The company has been solid with response and communication. There is no fault with this. The reason for below average rating at this time is due to incorrect listing as ‘Available Now’. There were multiple other ‘go to’ online resources showcasing the specific item on back order and with competitive pricing…however, upon finding this company showcasing ‘immediate availability’, the decision was made to initiate an order for the first time with this particular company. Later, finding it was the same situation of back order. ~~~~~~~~~~ end edit This review is simply a result of current situation…ordered product over a month ago due to finding the desired product as clearly listed ‘AVAILABLE’ per the website. Ordered (2) to have a spare and added shipping expecting to receive in 3-5 days per info received during processing. Then received notice the parts are not available as listed and on back order. Almost a month to the day and still yet to receive the parts.

Hello Allen, Shortly after placing your order on 2/20/22 at 4:58pm, an MMarine team member reached out to you via email at 10:30am on 2/21/22 with the following message, "Thank you for your order # 3105 for the two (2) Quick OSP Boiler Magnesium Anode 200MM. As per Quick the manufacturer, the anode is currently out of stock with a lead time of 8 weeks. Based upon your preference, we can cancel the order and the temporary hold of funds that has been placed upon your form of payment will be lifted or we can proceed with the order and continue to keep you notified as to the arrival of the item. Please kindly let us know how you would like to proceed by responding to this email and if you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us anytime as we are available 24/7 to assist!" As a result of your same day response, "Unfortunate…please keep the order as is and keep us posted as to progress.Thank you." We continued with your order as per your request. Please take note of our email correspondence and calculate 8 weeks from the time of your your email confirmation on 2/21/22. As promised, we will continue to keep you updated regarding the progress of your order. We appreciate your patience and look forward to satisfying your order in the 8 weeks time frame as initially provided. Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us anytime! We hope that after carefully reviewing the information provided, you will take account of our ongoing support and assistance and perhaps reconsider your initial review of our support and transparency.
They went out of there way to contact PayPal and make them give me my money. I tried dealing with PayPal for a couple weeks with no luck. Thanks again.

Hello Rich, We take full pride in ensuring complete and total customer satisfaction and your feedback is important to us. At the time of your initial purchase on 2/12/22 an MMarine representative informed you telephonically of the ETA supplied by the manufacturer, which at the time of purchase was 25th of February 2022. On the 22nd of February, we received an update from the manufacturer notifying us of a further schedule setback due to supply chain and shipping delays. On that same day, an MMarine representative by the name of Mark Wright, reached out to you via email to inform you of the recent update we received from the manufacturer; your response to Mark’s email indicated a request to cancel due to the further delay. As mentioned in previous email correspondence, MMarine Online issued a refund of your full payment of $3299.99 on February 23, 2022 at 5:05pm as a result of your cancellation request. Additionally, we've supplied you with numerous screenshots via email of our communication with PayPal and unfortunately, the finalization of the refund was not in our hands nor was it in our control. However, we continued to closely assist you in obtaining your refund from PayPal to reach a positive resolution. On the 10th of March we were able to confirm that the full refund was awarded back to your form of payment via PayPal. We hope that after carefully reviewing the information provided, you will take account of our ongoing support and assistance in helping you to solve the issue with PayPal and perhaps reconsider your initial review of our customer service and transparency.
I'm baffled why you would ask for a review from me. I ordered water heater and you explained that it will only come at the end of March. That's fine, but you didn't mention that you would be charging me in full, over $1200 almost 2 months in advance! I would never have agreed to such a thing and I'm not happy about it.

Upon the submission of your order on 2/7/22 an MMarine representative informed you telephonically of the ETA supplied by the manufacturer, which at the time of purchase was the end of March 2022. As per your request we proceeded with processing your order. The temporary hold of funds that was initially placed upon your form of payment is only active for 6 days; this status unfortunately does not secure an order without successfully collecting payment for the order. Since we received your confirmation telephonically on 2/7/22 at 1:59pm to proceed with the order (after being made aware of the ETA), we then collected payment on 2/13/22. Just two weeks later, on 3/3/22 we sent you confirmation via email outlining the details of your early shipment along with the tracking number and carrier information. I apologize for the confusion and misunderstanding but you were definitely not charged by MMarine Online two months in advance as your review above states. In the current climate of ongoing manufacturer, production and shipping delays, we considered you receiving your item prior to the initially quoted ETA to serve as a bonus to our services as we take pride in providing our customer with a 5-star experience. Additionally, the freight cost for your particular order greatly exceeded our maximum allowance for FREE shipping and as a testament to our customer service, we waived the additional fees without a mention to ensure you received your order without any delays, disruptions or unsuitable fees. As a further demonstration of our transparency, the freight charges associated totaled $329.76 We hope that after carefully reviewing the factual information provided, you will reconsider your initial review of our customer service and transparency with greater accuracies.
