Last minute price change

We totally understand how that can feel frustrating. Sometimes the price can change if the information entered on the form doesn’t fully match what the UPS clerk verifies when inspecting the device. For example, if the phone’s condition is slightly different than what was stated, the offer may adjust to reflect that. We always want the process to be as clear and fair as possible, so please reach out to our support team. We’ll be happy to take another look and make sure everything adds up correctly.
