Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback, as it allows us to clarify our process for anyone reading. Transparency is important to us, and explaining how our system works helps future customers understand that the process is straightforward, verified, and secure. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t match your expectations. We always aim to provide clear and accurate quotes based on the exact device and carrier details submitted. We rechecked the current quote for a Galaxy S25+ 256GB VZW, and the offer shows as $270. That said, if you received a different initial offer—such as the $300 you mentioned—we’re more than willing to review it. If you can provide a screenshot or any proof of the original quote you were given, we will gladly honor that amount. We also want to clarify an important part of the process: once a device is dropped off at the UPS Store and the clerk completes the verification, the customer receives a text message giving them the option to accept or reject the final offer. You chose to accept the offer at that time, knowing the adjusted amount. You were not required to proceed and had the option to decline and take the phone back if you preferred not to move forward. We value transparency and want every customer to feel confident in the process. Please reach out to us with the information so we can make this right for you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The reason the price at the UPS Store appeared lower is because the clerk marked the device as having screen damage, which automatically reduces the offer in the system. Once your phone arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it directly. If we confirm that the screen is not damaged, we will immediately honor the original quote you received. We appreciate your patience, and we’re committed to making sure you receive the correct payout. Update: After completing the inspection at our warehouse, our team confirmed that the device does have scratches and dents. Based on the condition observed, the adjusted offer was accurate according to our pricing guidelines.
