What a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Karen, who was extremely knowledgeable about the various products and options. She walked me through every step of the process and made everything so easy. Since I’m not located in Miami, she went above and beyond by providing me with a detailed, narrated video explaining the different ring-lighting options, along with clear photos to help me make my decision. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the entire experience exceptional. I highly recommend working with Karen!

Our brown Nordic rings arrived a day earlier than expected. We think they complete our dining space beautifully. We are very pleased with our purchase. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Omggg !!! I am so in love with these scones . They are just gorgeous ! super easy to hang. The shipping was fast and the customer service was SUPERB ! A must buy !

First I was skeptical to purchase so I called and spoke to a rep, Jack. He was so polite and helpful. I placed my order, it was shipped immediately and received as promised. The items I bought were and described and beautiful as displayed. I am so happy with my purchases and will get all my fixtures from this company!

If you are purchasing lighting - this is your company period. My experience from start to finish, including follow up was a 10 out of 10. They answer there phone ( not a recording like every other company out there these days ). The product is so so good- I get compliments every single time someone new is in my home. I bought 3 sets of the dream sconces. I will be dealing with this company for any lighting moving forward guaranteed!!! This company is like an old soul. They look after their customers first and foremost, they have a heart , and really care about each sale . I don’t usually find time in my hectic life to do reviews but this company “ Mistiva” deserves it. Congratulations to them for a great operation. Cheers Cal

This sconce light exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful, and the lighting it gives off is soft, warm, and incredibly elegant. It instantly elevated the entire room and created the perfect ambiance without being overpowering. What I love most is how sophisticated it looks both during the day and at night. The design feels timeless and high-end, almost like something you would see in a boutique hotel or luxury interior design magazine. Installation was straightforward, and once it was up, it completely transformed the space. If you’re looking for lighting that feels refined, cozy, and stylish all at once, this sconce is worth every penny. It’s one of those pieces that quietly makes a room feel more curated and intentional.
