I had a tripped breaker in my box. The technician came out and told me the breaker was burned out and needed to be replaced and also tried to upsell a warranty program. I had Power Mgmt Technology come out, tap on the breaker and reset it. He said nothing was wrong with the breaker. Shame on you Mr. Sparky.

Most difficult experience ever. They are using non electricians. They charged more than the contact by double $2,900 vs. $5,600 They did not finish and I had to hire another company to complete. The manager, Jim Thomas, told me his men recorded their visits inside my home!?!?!…following asking him to adjust the charge on my account to the contract amount. MOST UNPLEASANT AND UNSAFE FEELING

My mother lost her electricity here in Coral Springs she called Mr Sparky the technician came out by the name of Gregory kreiler. So he instructs my mother, by the way, who is 82 years old that unless she signs this he cannot proceed with anything. The document she was to signed was a $724 fee before the guy touched anything. Needless to say he didn't do anything except for tighten up a few screws in the electrical panel that have come loose then the electricity came back on(was there for about an hour). Furthermore he told my mother and gave her an estimate that she needs a complete electrical renovation estimation 15,000. This man should be ashamed of himself trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. So of course when I get off work my mother calls me and tells me this first thing I do is call John the manager in the morning long story short he only charged my mom's credit card $142 and began to apologize and say he's not sure why his technician did that. Bottom line I would not trust this company it makes me disgusted that people take advantage of people like this because they're elderly or Not educated with electricity or any type of handyman service. You've been warned!!!

Poor customer service. Expected more from a reputable business and will be taking my business elsewhere within the community. Virginia Beach, VA location.

Thier prices are stupid high. Avoid them. They will waste your day.

I am very disappointed with both the price I was charged to place a cap on a light fixture and my overall customer service experience. While I understand professional services come with labor and operating costs, I was surprised by how expensive such a simple task became. The amount charged seemed disproportionate to the time and work involved, and I do not feel it represented good value. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of a clear way to contact a supervisor or manager. I could not find an email address or other contact information to escalate my concerns, leaving me with no straightforward way to discuss the issue. After I posted a Google review about my experience, Francis contacted me—not to address my concerns about the service or pricing, but to complain about the review itself. During that call, I asked him for a receipt because one had never been provided after the service was completed. A receipt was not sent until I followed up again by text message to request it a second time. Even then, the receipt I received was vague and did not clearly explain the work performed or justify the $425.25 charged to add a cap to a light fixture. I believed your company to be professional and customer-focused, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice, provide a detailed explanation of the charges, and explain why it was so difficult to obtain a proper receipt and speak with someone in a supervisory role. If appropriate, I would also appreciate your consideration of an adjustment to the bill. I look forward to your response and hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Sincerely, Irene S.
