Two items out of a three item order stuck in processing for days & customer service ghosting and not replying to any emails I made an order 5 days ago three items for my Tick Tock profile, item number two in the order was completed immediately however item number one and item number three are stuck in a loop processing! And I receiving no help from customer service whatsoever including email support they do not respond this is unacceptable! This is the order ID MM001295946 seek refund back to dashboard immediately!

Do not be fooled by this "Media House" alias profile; this is Media Mister operating under mistermedia.co to hide their terrible service. I purchased 10 YouTube Comment Replies (Order MM001290690). Instead of nesting the replies into the targeted comment thread as purchased, they delivered standard independent video comments. This is a direct breach of contract and failure of service description under Part 3 of the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Directive 2019/770. Their management team has completely ignored my formal emails and resolution deadlines. Since they refuse to respond privately, formal complaints are being filed with the CCPC and ECC-Net. A bank chargeback for fraudulent misrepresentation will be executed the moment my bank’s 15-day processing window clears on September 8th. Unprofessional, deceitful fulfillment—avoid them. You do not have my permission to keep my $3.00, and your refusal to refund a clear breach of contract means your platform will now face the full financial penalty of chargeback fees, alongside a formal investigation by the CCPC

**Avoid Mistr Media – very disappointed** I purchased 1,000 streams from Mistr Media, which they said would arrive gradually over 4–7 days. Instead, almost all the streams arrived the very next day, creating a huge spike in my Spotify activity. As a result, my Spotify account received a warning about artificial streaming. I paid for a service that was supposed to be delivered gradually, and I feel I was put at risk because the streams were delivered in a way that looked unnatural. I would strongly advise other artists to be very careful before using this service. I expected a professional promotion service, not something that could potentially put my Spotify account at risk.

Absolute scam. Lying, thieving losers who lie and run a business entirely opposite of what they promise. They then use a bot to shield them form any follow up. Never ever use this unlawful enterprise.

Garbage from beginning to end. After 60 days, followers start dropping like flies. Like 20 per day. They offer to top you up over and over because they don't want to refund your money, but the same drops offs happen. None of these services offer real followers. Buyer beware.

Media Mister is a scam. They changed their name on this review page so you can’t connect all these bad reviews to them. They stole my money by not delivering YouTube likes and also Instagram. Beware of mediamister.com
