This is one great company
This is one great company. Missha's product is a godsend for me. I love all their products and I must say I love their customer servce too. I'll tell you some reasons for giving it a perfect score: 1. Products are authentic made from Korea. 2. Website is easy to navigate. 3. Fast shipping (even with standard and not expedited) 4. Free gifts! 5. Loyalty award for customers who at least buy $100 worth annually. Giving them VIP status (which in most websites you subscribe). 6. VIP status benefiting 30% discount on all products and free shipping. 7. Customer representative is very honest and helpful. I'll go to #7. My first time ordering to Missha, there was a glitch/error and had received 1 less item than intended. Nevertheless, I wasn't complaining since I only paid for what was received. Although, I did ask customer service if something probably went wrong during the checkout, they were really helpful and fast response. This really made me love the company more. :)
