Thank you so much, Ian! I truly appreciate your wonderful review. It means a lot to hear that your Mirozza faucet feels perfect in style, function, and quality. I put a lot of care into offering faucets made with premium materials and avoiding the plastic-heavy construction that’s become so common in many big box store faucets, so your feedback really hits home. Thank you for choosing Mirozza and for recognizing the value I work hard to deliver. I’m grateful for your support! Marek ( Owner )

Thank you so much, JN! We truly appreciate your wonderful review and are thrilled to hear how happy you are with your Mirozza faucet. It means a lot that you noticed the quality in every detail — from the faucet itself, to the materials, finish, packaging, and shipping experience. I also want to clarify one important detail with full transparency: Mirozza is proudly headquartered in Chicago, and every faucet is personally inspected here by us before shipping to our customers. Our faucets are currently manufactured in our partner factory in China, where we are able to maintain our high standards for lead-free certification, solid construction, premium components, and beautiful finishes at a much more reasonable price point. If we manufactured every faucet here in Chicago today, the cost would likely be significantly higher — probably starting around $800 per faucet. That said, one of my goals as Mirozza continues to grow is to eventually manufacture small specialty batches right here in Chicago. Thank you again for supporting our small Chicago-based brand. We’re grateful for your trust, and we’re so happy your faucet looks awesome and delivered the quality experience we work hard to provide from start to finish. - Marek, owner

Todd, this was an awesome review to read , thank you. I put a lot of focus on making sure every customer feels taken care of, so hearing that we “went out of our way” really means a lot. That’s exactly how I want Mirozza to feel: personal, responsive, and dependable. I’m also really glad you’re enjoying the faucets. They’re built to be something you appreciate every single day, not just out of the box. Thank you again for your support and for recommending us, it genuinely means a lot to a small, Chicago-based brand like ours. Marek, Mirozza®

Angie, Thank you so much for this wonderful and thoughtful review. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Mirozza®. As a small brand, this is exactly why I do what I do. A kitchen faucet should not only look beautiful and feel premium — it should also be safe, properly certified, and built with real care. Knowing that your Mirozza® faucet gives you peace of mind for you and your kids means everything to me. I’m also very happy I could customize the matching drinking water faucet for you. Those little details matter, and I’m glad the quality, finish, packaging, and customer service all lived up to what you expected. Thank you again for trusting Mirozza® and for sharing such a meaningful review. It truly means a lot. Marek Owner, Mirozza®
