No communication feels like a scam Still waiting for my. Order

Do not order from this company. Total scam. If you dont believe those bad reviews, before you order simply send call their phone number listed on their website. You will never get an answer. The only thing you can rest assure on is that some bots will be on here to reply to this review to tell you how wonderful they are. I ordered from them. Its been 2 weeks trying to get a refund. If you dont get a refund. Just call your credit card company to dispute the charges. Keep proof of emails and receipts

I ordered a sputnik-style ceiling lamp from these guys, based in Wyoming. It shipped from China. And not only is the quality completely, utterly flimsy, but when installed it didn't work. At all. And it was installed by two expensive electricians with a combined 70 years experience. They took it down. They trouble shooted it up the wazoo. Nada. So I'm disappointed (because it looked great, even with the crummy build quality), and also pissed off, because this is a waste of my time. So Miravique, if you're paying attention to this, skip the form letter apology you seem to respond to everyone with and just give me a full refund. Do you even want me to send your useless unit back to you? I suspect not, but if yes, just say the word. Update: I received your response and appreciate it. I also appreciate the fact that you refunded me promptly (with no mention of me returning the product, by the way, which leads me to think that you know it's essentially garbage). So I'm going to give you one more star, for customer service, which has been excellent. The thing is, though, that I didn't come to Miravique for customer service: I came to you for a decent quality, functioning ceiling lamp. It's not brain surgery! Frankly, your asking for a better rating is a lousy business plan. Rather, make a high quality product that works, and people will leave you better ratings to begin with.

I placed an order 12/12 -- and as many did, thought it was coming from in the US- only to find out it came from China--I have emailed and called but no responses- according to the tracking ---Dec 23, 2024 09:20 am Arrived At The Delivery Company, New York-- so it has been sitting in New York- this is absolutely terrible. i continue to email and call practically daily -- Edit-- i did receive a full refund for the item

Even though there are already many similar reviews, I wanted to add mine as well. Initially, I thought the product was shipping from the U.S., and nowhere did it mention that it was coming from china. However, after placing the order, I found out much later through tracking that it was being shipped from china, and the delivery is still in progress.(15 days now) They never provide any information about how long shipping will take or where it will be shipped from. When I tried to cancel due to the delay, they told me it couldn't be canceled because it was already being prepared for shipment. I then planned to return it as soon as it arrived, only to discover that I would have to pay out of pocket to ship it back to china. This is just another chinese company deceiving U.S. consumers, so I strongly advise against ordering from here.

Ordered a toy in mid-November. It was sent from China, transferred to USPS. I was able with considerable effort to get a USPS tracking number, which showed that the item was held up (lost?) in Michigan 3 weeks ago. Today the USPS tracking site says it won't be shipped because of inadequate postage! I have not been able to get any customer service response from Miravique. Since my original one star review, the company has contacted us and provided a full refund. This is commendable, although it took the bad review to get a response from their customer service person.

Order placed on December 7th, now, 7 days later, there is NO update on when the items are arriving. Have emailed twice, no response. The tracking info just says that shipping label was created 4 days ago with no updates since. It's coming from China apparently (wasn't clear from the site that this was the case). I have no idea if these items will arrive or if I'm going to be responsible for import fees because it's coming directly from China? Wish I knew before and wish there was more communications saying this will take 2+ weeks to arrive.
