MioMat USA, Canada, UK & AustraliaReviews of miomat.com

Communication is always clear, ranging from recipes (like soy milk, and quickly washing equipment or paying the cost of letting cooked soymilk dry too much) to waiting for the StrainMate in production to be perfect before shipping to early orders. The new StrainMate is so easy and terrific to use!

My family absolutely adores dairy free milk and Miomat made life so much easier and comfortable. Whenever we need dairy free milk Miomat is always there to provide it for us. I cannot recommend this kitchen gadget enough. It a must have in your household. Not to mention the delicious soups and smoothies you can make. Their customer service is excellent and you can definitely relay on them any time.

Their customer service is on point. Eric and this family company definitely believe in their product to help families have nutritious meals, especially for little ones! My strainmate came with defects which should not have passed the factory quality testing. I reached out by email and they were meticulously invested in problem solving and they ended with sending me a whole replacement promptly.

Nice products and customer service. The Miomat and the Strainmate are easy to use, especially for making soy milk. (The Strainmate was delivered this week and we have used the Miomat for a few years.) We chose these over other products as they are both made of safe materials (stainless steel and glass). We had also watched Kathy Hester (a cookbook author and YouTuber) share her positive experiences with the Miomat and the family company. We completed their online ‘From Scratch’ courses for making plant milks, tofu, and yogurt. They were easy, fun, and empowering. Whenever I have had a question or needed help with a product, the same person was quick to email me back. They also have been very proactive in seeking customer feedback and suggestions for future improvements.

I’ve owned numerous plant based milk makers. The MioMat is by far the one I like best. It makes a variety of milks and I’ve also used it to make soups and porridge. I always made cashew milk in the blender which was fine. The MioMat makes it better, don’t ask me how. There are many different capabilities and cleanup is a breeze. I recently received the StrainMate which is a game changer with making a high quality soy milk and yogurt. I used it to strain the milk and also the whey out of the yogurt. My finest strainer can’t compete with the StrainMate. This company is amazing, listens to it’s customers and is very responsive.

They sent the wrong cord (for a different country) with my refurbished Miomat but it was easy to get ahold of a real person who sent the right cord. They've also innovated a "strain mate" which takes the mess out of straining with a towel or bag; I have yet to see other soymilk making companies out there do that. I've been making soymilk a couple times a week because it's so easy. And, I've made a couple small soups that have turned out well. There are a lot of companies that have no customer service and silly websites but this is real! The only thing I wish they'd do is send a paper copy of their tofu and other courses in addition to the paper copy of the smoothie/soup/milks recipes, as the first book is very helpful.

The strain mate is a wonderful addition to the mio mat. I make soy milk many days a week and have to use two strainers and two different containers to get the milk the way I want it. The strain mate makes it one and done which totally reduces my time in the kitchen. The quality of the workmanship gives me confidence in the glass and stainless steel and also lessons the time since I don’t have to wait for the milk to cool to use the containers and strainers that I have.

they replied so fast and so eager to get to the issue. just awesome service!!!
