Web site was a bit difficult for ordering but texting has been very easy and efficient

Ordering process was slow. Tried the product twice results were poor and may have caused headaches. Would like a refund!

Lots of delays with my order? You only responded when asked days later? Still have not received my order after providing all info? Starting to question credibility of your company?

Currently a couple of weeks in and still has not been delivered. Shipped a few days ago ,but nobody seems to know where it is.
