Your team is apparently not able to call my doctor to get the prescription. It has been weeks since I placed the order but it’s still not filled. Very disappointing!

I think it’s a scam. It has been almost a month since I ordered. They charged me, but never sent my order. It says it’s in process and customer service hasn’t been helpful.

Too many rules that prevented me from completing my order

Hi Earl, we are a compliant pharmacy and telemedicine company. In order to treat you online we MUST follow the law. One of the rules for online treatment is that you must submit a face photo and photo ID. We respect your decision not to provide us the required photos and subsequently not get treated online. However, please understand that we are a business that must and will abide by the law. We ask that you do not discredit us simply due to the fact that we are a compliant and legitimate company.
