When my product was unable to be delivered to me and was lost, a quick email was all it took to get a replacement sent! easily one of the best distributors of minoxidil in north America with the most competitive prices too. Hard to beat price and service like that! Thanks Jason!

I’ve bought minoxidil from this group a couple times now. Great prices and shipping times. I had some trouble tracking my most recent order and reached out to them on their website. Their sales rep Jason got back to me quickly and was incredibly helpful and professional. Loved their service and will continue to buy from them!

The manager was extremely helpful and immediately fixed a mistake I made. Fantastic customer service!

Jason, the manager, has consistently been understanding and helpful whenever I’ve had an issue. He resolves matters promptly and is both friendly and responsive, which I really value in customer service.

Very good service looking after their customer the shipping is amazing so is the product.

They always solved my delivery issue whenever it was needed. I trust them 100% that my interest is well taken care of. Good price, good service hard to beat and that responsible policy keep me their faithful client for many, many years.

The owner answered my questions promptly before I ordered. Received tracking info same day it shipped, was able to track it from USA to Canada including tracking with Canada Post. Ordered 12 month Liquid Minoxidil which came as 2x 6month boxes with the correct and updated Kirkland packaging. ** I confirmed with the manufacturing company that makes Kirkland Minoxidil (Perrigo) and they confirmed the Lot # and Expiration dates matched and are valid on box + individual bottles which is great. Also tested it if crystalizes after 24+ hours which it does when dripped on a piece of paper and left out to dry. I certainly will be ordering again in future.
